Twotrees TTS-20 Max Grawer laserowy

just got my new TTS-20 Pro yesterday and I am having a very tough time assembling the unit. My wife purchased it for me for my Birthday and she thought the reviews were great except for the assembly process. I have heard really good comments about Twotrees products but I need to get it up and running so I can see the proof. My old laser was a trial I purchased about 1.5 years ago and it worked ok but I have now worn it out and looking for more power. Are there any videos out there that will help me with the assembly and startup process? I definately need some help.

Molto importante la grande area di lavoro, il laser è ottimo ma un po di potenza in più non guasterebbe, mi piacerebbe montare un modulo da 40/50watt, il telaio è robusto ma forse un po' troppo grezzo, qualche aiuto per l'allineamento degli assi e la registrazione delle cinghie sarebbe molto utile.
Nel complesso, comunque, sono contento dell'acquisto.

Seems to be a fault on the wire plug for the X access to laser.

Are you able to send me a replacement please?

Otherwise the laser has been doing a great job!
